One of our first designs in the Ecovillage at Currumbin and the beginning of our ongoing work to make sustainable housing affordable. The house is compact in floor area and simple in form to keep costs down but the compact plan means that there is very good connection with the landscape and views from anywhere in the house. Detailing of exposed structure, struts, and even the downpipes has been been considered carefully to give this small house a strong visual presence.
